This app is developed by HA NOI DOOR TRADING AND SERVICE PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY. By using the services provided by HA NOI DOOR TRADING AND SERVICE PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile applications, websites, or other products or services (collectively, the “Services”) of HA NOI DOOR TRADING AND SERVICE PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and that you have read and fully understood the Terms of Service in this agreement in its entirety.
1. Registration
Creating an account is optional. You may sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress on a new device. You must be at least 13 years of age; if you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian permits your use of the App.
2. Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. You will not use the Site, Content or Services for any purpose or in any manner that infringes the copyrights of any third party, nor will You upload, email, post, publish, distribute, transmit, submit or otherwise make available through the Site, Content or Services any content that infringes the copyrighted works or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. We may, in appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, terminate the Accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
i. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
ii. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
iii. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site
iv. your address, telephone number, and email address
v. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
vi. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf
3. Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://hndoorjsc.dev/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Content
Content in the App is provided by us and is protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal study. You may not copy, sell or redistribute it.
The App does not let users publish content to other users. If you submit a private report about a suspected error in a question, you allow us to use it to review and correct our content.
Reference documents. The Handbook section opens documents from the websites of their publishers (U.S. federal and state agencies and organizations). We do not host or control them, and they remain the property of their publishers.
5. Change of Terms
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notices of any changes will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our app. The changes will take effect on the date they are posted. No further notice by HA NOI DOOR TRADING AND SERVICE PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY is required upon your continued use of our app or software.
6. Force Majeure
In addition to applicable disclaimers stated above, Our performance under these Terms of Use shall be excused in the event of interruption and/or delay due to, or resulting from, causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, embargo, acts of terrorism, power failure, equipment failure, industrial or labour disputes or controversies, acts of any third party data provider(s) or other third party information provider(s), third party software, or communication method interruptions.
7. Subscriptions
The following applies only to Apps that offer paid subscriptions.
App subscriptions are set up in USD. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and will be identified every month.
Some apps may also provide a free trial period. The trial period will begin immediately when you confirm your payment. No money will be charged or held in your Apple Account before the end of your trial period. If you did not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, a charged subscription will start.
You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after purchase.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
8. Educational Use And No Affiliation
This App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any state Department of Motor Vehicles, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, or any other government agency.
Practice questions and mock exams are written by us for study purposes. They are not official examination questions, and using this App does not guarantee that you will pass any official test. Exam formats and traffic rules change; always confirm current requirements with your state licensing agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any outcome of an official licensing test, or for any loss arising from reliance on information in this App.
9. Account and Sign-in
Creating an account is optional. The App works fully without one.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive and store only:
- the stable user identifier provided by Apple or Google
- your email address, where you choose to share it (Apple's private relay address is accepted and used as provided)
We do not receive or store your password, authentication tokens, name, profile photo, or contacts.
We use the identifier solely to link a returning user to their existing study progress when signing in on a new device. We use the email address solely to display back to you which account you are signed in with.
We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties.
10. Deleting Your Account
Deleting Your Account and Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App: Profile tab → tap your profile card → "Delete your account" → confirm.
This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation. It removes your user record, your Apple and Google sign-in links, all device links, all study profiles, and all learning progress, practice attempts and exam results.
Signing in again afterwards creates a new, empty account; nothing is restored.
You may also revoke this App's access from your Apple ID or Google account settings at any time.
